Returns & Resolution Policy
At RiptideLabs, all products are sold for research-use-only and are handled under strict quality control standards. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to working with you toward a fair resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Opened or used products
- Orders that have already been shipped or delivered
Order Issues & Resolutions
If your order arrives with any of the following issues:
- Damaged during transit
- Incorrect item received
- Missing items
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (including packaging)
Once reviewed, we may offer a resolution at our discretion, which may include:
- Replacement of the affected item
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund
Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in refusal of future service.
